Aralar\u0131ndaki teknik fark \u00f6nemli olsa da iki durumda da ayn\u0131 sorun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Bu izin al\u0131nmadan yap\u0131lan alt kiralamalar hukuken koruma alt\u0131nda de\u011fildir ve farkl\u0131 sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ev sahibinin alt kiralamaya izin vermeme hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r.
