Kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine uymayan hangi taraf olursa olsun di\u011fer taraf ona dava a\u00e7abilir. Baz\u0131 durumlarda yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 imzalanan kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine uyulmamas\u0131 halinde dava a\u00e7mak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer taraflar \u00f6nce uzla\u015fma yoluna gittiyse ancak sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namad\u0131ysa bu durumda <strong>hukuk yoluna ba\u015fvurma <\/strong>gerekir.
