Kirac\u0131lar\u0131n sorumlu oldu\u011fu durumlar kadar ev sahiplerinin de sorumlu oldu\u011fu konular vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kirac\u0131 Abonelik Sorumlulu\u011fu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni bir ev kiraland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda abonelikler kirac\u0131 ad\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Kirac\u0131 abone sorumlulu\u011fu <\/strong>kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesiyle ba\u015flar. Bu sayede aboneliklerin kimin sorumlulu\u011funa ait oldu\u011fu netle\u015ftirilmektedir. T\u00fcrk Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu\u2019nda yer alanlara g\u00f6re kirac\u0131lar, kiralanan evi \u00f6zenle kullanmal\u0131 ve kullan\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde do\u011fan masraflar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131r. Bu elektrik, su ve do\u011falgaz\u0131 da kapsar. S\u00f6zle\u015fmede bu durum ihlal olarak ge\u00e7iyorsa s\u00f6zle\u015fme bile feshedilebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirac\u0131n\u0131n elektrik, do\u011falgaz ve aboneliklerini kendi \u00fczerine almamas\u0131 durumunda baz\u0131 yollara ba\u015fvurabilir. Kira ili\u015fkisinin sars\u0131lmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na evi kullanan kirac\u0131, abonelikleri kendi \u00fczerine almak zorundad\u0131r Kirac\u0131 y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getirmiyorsa ev sahipleri \u015funlar\u0131 uygulayabilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kirac\u0131y\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak uyarmak ad\u0131na ihtarname g\u00f6nderip abonelikleri kendi \u00fczerine almas\u0131n\u0131 talep edebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kirac\u0131lar y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hal yerine getirmemekte \u0131srar ediyorsa noter arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ihtar \u00e7ekilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kirac\u0131lar t\u00fcm bu ad\u0131mlara ra\u011fmen abonelikleri \u00fczerine almazsa bu durumda s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131ktan ev sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan s\u00f6zle\u015fme feshedilebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kirac\u0131 \u00c7\u0131karken Yap\u0131lacaklar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kirac\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karken yap\u0131lacaklar <\/strong>hem ev sahipleri hem de kirac\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bilinmelidir.
