Ortaya b\u00f6yle bir arz\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ile birlikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn fazla oldu\u011fu yerlerde kiral\u0131k ev talebinde art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talebin art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermesi de fiyat y\u00fckselmesini de beraberinde getirmektedir.
