Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan konutun asgari de\u011feri 400.000 dolar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6- Ekspertiz Raporunun Zorunlu Tutulmas\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sermaye piyasas\u0131 kurulu lisansl\u0131 firmalar taraf\u0131ndan gayrimenkul de\u011ferleme raporu haz\u0131rlanmaktad\u0131r. Tapu i\u015flemleri esnas\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n ger\u00e7ek de\u011ferini g\u00f6stermekte olan bu rapor al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapor ama\u00e7 itibar\u0131yla; sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n veya al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n haks\u0131z i\u015flem yapmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemek, KDV muafiyeti gibi avantajlardan adil olarak yararlanmak, de\u011ferin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesini veya \u015fi\u015firilmesini \u00f6nlemek ama\u00e7l\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7- KDV Muafiyeti ve Vergi Avantajlar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de konu\u015fulaca\u011f\u0131nda yararlanabilecekleri birbirinden farkl\u0131 f\u0131rsatlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan en \u00e7ok bilineni KDV istisnas\u0131 olarak ge\u00e7mektedir.
